Printing Tips
- Download the PDF first. A desktop PDF viewer usually provides more reliable print controls than a browser preview.
- Print at 100% or Actual Size. Turn off Fit, Shrink, or Scale to Page so the artwork stays aligned with the label sheet.
- Test on plain paper. Hold the test print behind a label sheet and check the alignment before using label stock.
- Select Labels as the paper type. On many laser printers, this changes the feed and fuser settings so the toner bonds more reliably. Follow the printer manufacturer’s instructions for label stock.
- Use removable adhesive. It makes relabeling and strike easier and leaves less cleanup for the next show.
